TOUCH FOR HEALTH
Learn the System
Touch For Health is the foundation of energy kinesiology. It provides a structured approach to understanding how the body, meridians, and muscles relate to physical, emotional, and energetic stress.

In this training, you’ll learn muscle testing, the 5-element system, and a wide range of balancing techniques. These tools allow you to identify imbalances and support the body in restoring more efficient function.

Touch For Health can be used for personal growth or as a practical skillset for working with others.

If you’re someone who wants to understand how this system works—or you’re looking to build hands-on skills you can apply in a session—this is the place to start.

This path is often chosen by bodyworkers, health professionals, and anyone drawn to learning a structured, technique-based approach.
