TFH Synthesis Immersion - August 2026

with Optional Shared Lodging

A small-group training experience held in a private home in the Eugene hills.
Limited to 8 participants.

Overview

For the first time, the full Touch for Health Synthesis (Levels 1–4) is being offered as a small-group immersive experience.

In addition to the standard training, a limited number of participants have the option to stay together in a private home in the Eugene hills for the duration of the series.

This creates a different kind of learning environment—one that allows participants to stay connected to the work between class days, rather than stepping in and out of it.

This offering is simple by design. It is not a hosted retreat. It is a shared living and learning environment for those who want a more immersive experience.

Training Schedule

  • Level 1: August 19–20
    Level 2: August 21–22
Integration Day (no class): August 23
    Level 3: August 24–25
    Level 4: August 26–27

  • The full Synthesis includes all four levels.

The Lodging Experience (Optional Add-On)

A private 5-bedroom home has been reserved for participants who would like to stay on-site.

All classes will be held in the main living room of the home, creating a comfortable, integrated learning environment.

The home is located in the hills of Eugene and offers:

  • quiet forest surroundings

  • vaulted ceilings and large windows

  • multiple shared living areas

  • two kitchens

  • 4.5 bathrooms

  • hot tub, game room, and gym

  • space for rest, reflection, and informal connection

Photos of the home are included below.

Dates:
Check-in: August 18 (after 4pm)
Check-out: August 28 (by 10am)

Please plan travel to arrive after 4pm on August 18 for check-in.

Includes:

  • Shared accommodations (individual beds)

  • Light, self-serve breakfast provisions

  • Full access to the home during the training period

Participants are responsible for their own lunches and dinners. Full kitchen access is available.

Shared Environment & House Guidelines

To support a clear, easeful experience for everyone, participants will receive a simple house agreement prior to arrival.

This includes guidelines such as:

  • no alcohol or substances during the training period

  • quiet hours in the evening, with participants returning to sleeping areas by approximately 10:00pm

  • shared responsibility for maintaining a clean and respectful space

The intention is to support rest, integration, and a consistent learning environment for the group as well as meet the rules set forth by the Airbnb host.

Who This Is For

This option is a good fit for participants who:

  • are traveling from out of town

  • want a more contained and immersive experience

  • value quiet, shared space over a structured retreat environment

This is not a facilitated group retreat outside of class hours. Participants are responsible for their own needs and are expected to contribute to a respectful, easeful shared environment.

Pricing

  • TFH Synthesis (Levels 1–4): $1,590

  • Lodging Experience (Optional Add-On): $1,000

  • Total with Lodging: $2,590

  • Individual levels are also available for those not attending the full series.

Important Notes

  • Lodging is limited to 8 participants

  • Lodging will be confirmed once a minimum of 3 participants have registered

  • Lodging confirmation deadline: June 30

  • Bedrooms are shared or private depending on group size and configuration

  • Bed assignments will be coordinated after registration, first come first serve

  • This is a shared home environment, not a private accommodation

Lodging fees are refundable only if the lodging minimum is not met by June 30 or the program is canceled. Otherwise, standard cancellation policies apply.

A Note on the Environment

This offering is intentionally simple.

The home provides a quiet, supportive backdrop for the work—but the focus remains on the training itself.

There is a full day off (August 23) built into the schedule to allow for rest and integration.

Bring a Friend — Two Queens Option (Shared Bed)

For those attending with a friend, the “Two Queens” option offers a reduced lodging rate for both participants.

This is a simple, practical way to:

  • lower the overall cost

  • participate in the immersion in a more accessible way

This option is designed for friends or partners who already know they are comfortable sharing a bed.
