This is a common pattern in Long COVID and complex conditions, where the system hasn’t been able to fully recover or stabilize.
This work is designed for people experiencing ongoing, complex or chronic symptoms—especially when progress has plateaued or nothing seems to hold.

Who This Is For:
You do not need a Long COVID diagnosis to benefit from this work.
Many clients come in with complex, overlapping symptoms that have not responded to other approaches.
Many people who come in feel like they’ve lost a sense of themselves. That’s often part of what begins to return.

HOW IT WORKS
A Different Approach
Symptoms are not treated as isolated problems to fix.
They are understood as expressions of how the system is functioning as a whole.
In many complex cases, the body is operating in a chronic stress or threat state where positive inputs—treatment, rest, nutrition, even progress—do not fully land or integrate.
The focus of this work is to support the system in shifting out of that state so that change can begin to hold.
This work draws from Touch For Health and my ongoing development of the HigherCx Restorative Facilitation approach, with a focus on complex and non-resolving cases. It is particularly relevant for people who have tried multiple approaches and are still not seeing lasting results.

HigherCx Restorative Facilitation
is a modality that assists participants in noticing and shifting stuck patterns in the nervous/energetic system. Using muscle testing, movement, and awareness, it supports coherence, energetic balance, and increased capacity for integration.

Touch For Health Energy Kinesiology
involves simple yet powerful stress management techniques and a holistic process to align you with your goals, making even the most challenging aspirations feel within reach! Many people notice meaningful shifts in a short period - such as increased clarity, ease in movement, or renewed motivation as sessions support alignment between body, mind, and energy.
