How the Work Organizes

If the system is in stress or alarm, change doesn’t integrate.

We begin by working with the nervous system — creating the conditions where real change can actually hold.

From there, we follow what your body brings forward.

We’re not working on the issue — we’re working on the pattern organizing it.

Sessions don’t follow a script.
We follow what your body brings forward — and it’s often more precise (and sometimes more surprising) than expected… even when it doesn’t follow a predictable path.

Nervous System Repatterning (HigherCx)

We work directly with the nervous system — especially chronic stress or alarm states — to support a return to regulation.

​

As state shifts, other changes can begin to integrate.

Goal Balancing (Touch For Health)

We identify something that matters to you and work with your body to uncover what’s interfering.

​

Rather than pushing change, we clear what’s in the way — so it can actually hold.

Body-Led / “In the Clear” Balancing

No set goal. No direction.

We follow what your body brings forward.

For many people, this becomes a milestone — something they’re drawn to after working through more defined concerns.

It’s often the most precise and insightful work.
Not random — just not consciously directed.

Silent Balancing (Private Container)

A specific type of session for when there is something you do not want to say out loud — and don’t want to explain, process, or put into words.

We create a clear container to work with it without speaking it.

Your body still knows what it is.
And it can still respond.

Some of the most precise work happens here.

This isn’t about avoiding the work —
it’s about allowing it to happen without forcing exposure.

Additional Elements that may be Included

When relevant, your system may also guide us to use:

– Sound-based work
– Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective
– Support with supplements, herbs, essences, or nutrition
– Color, imagery, or other supportive tools
– Movement and energy integration

This is a client-centered process guided by your body’s feedback — not a practitioner-directed protocol.

How This Shows Up in the Body:

From there, the work can take many forms depending on what your system brings forward.

Posture & Reactive Patterns

We look at how muscles are working together.
When one muscle is overactive, another is often inhibited — creating patterns that don’t resolve on their own.

We reset these relationships and clear stress held from past injuries or repetitive strain.

Identity & Role Shifts

Working with who you are becoming.
Releasing outdated patterns and supporting transitions into new roles, relationships, or ways of being.

Emotional Integration & Self-Connection

Working with what’s still held in the body from past experiences.

This reduces reactivity and allows the system to respond differently — instead of repeating what’s familiar.

It often creates space for a more natural sense of self-trust, self-acceptance, and internal clarity.

Positional Patterns

When something only shows up in certain positions or environments — sleep, sitting, movement, work.

We work with the body in those positions so it can reorganize there as well.

As patterns shift internally, people often notice changes in how they relate, decide, and move through their lives.

If you want to work on something specific, leave me a note when booking, include it on your intake form, bring it up at the start of your next session.
