DEEPEN

The Gathering

A monthly space to pause, connect, and return to yourself — in community.

The Zenbrio Gathering is a grounded, body-based space where we come together to explore awareness, regulation, and connection through shared experience.

Co-facilitated by Sara McRae, Mandy Baucum, and Shannon Conley; these gatherings draw from Touch For Health and HigherCx to offer a blend of practical tools, reflection, and group exploration.

The Gathering is not a class and not a therapy session.

Each gathering has a theme, but the focus stays on lived experience — not theory, and not getting it right.

Group Balances

Every few months, we dedicate a gathering to a shared group balance.

This is a different kind of experience — one where we work with a common theme and support the system not just individually, but collectively.

In a group balance, something shifts in the room.

Awareness builds, patterns become easier to see, and change often happens with less effort.

You’re not working through something alone — you’re part of a shared process.

People often notice that what moves for one person can support others, and that the space itself becomes more coherent as we work.

There’s often a ripple effect — what shifts here tends to carry into daily life, relationships, and the way we show up beyond the room.

It’s a simple reminder that when we take responsibility for our own state, it has an impact beyond us.

These gatherings offer a chance to:

  • experience Touch For Health in a collective setting

  • learn through direct experience, not instruction

  • feel how awareness and change can build together

What Makes This Different

This space is held a little differently.

It’s rare to be in a space where nothing is being pushed, sold, or expected of you.

We don’t focus on fixing symptoms or analyzing stories.

Instead, we work with what your body is already showing — supporting awareness, integration, and change from within.

Your own experience remains the reference point.

There’s nothing to get right and no pressure to perform.

People bring different perspectives, language, and meaning — and that’s welcome.
We stay oriented to direct experience so the space remains steady, accessible, and real.

Nothing is being imposed.

We’re simply exploring how energy and state show up in the body — together.
