Sensation

SYSTEM LAYER

Capacity
The amount of experience, sensation, or stress the system can process while remaining responsive.
Energy
The felt sense of aliveness and activity within the system, expressed through sensation, movement, and responsiveness.
Flow
The natural movement and continuity within the system that supports function, responsiveness, and balance.
Life Force
The underlying vitality that supports aliveness, energy, and engagement with life.
State
The current condition of the body and energy that shapes perception, response, and behavior.
ACTION LAYER

Choice
The ability to respond based on awareness, rather than automatic patterns.
Response
How the system meets or adapts to what is happening internally or externally.
INTEGRATION LAYER

Clarity
The ability to perceive or understand what is present without distortion or confusion.
Deepen
To move into greater awareness, connection, or integration.
Disruption
An interruption in the system’s flow, balance, or ability to respond effectively.
Growth
The process of developing awareness, capacity, and the ability to respond to life.
Heal
To return toward balance, responsiveness, and function as the system processes and integrates experience.
Integration
The process of incorporating experience into stable and ongoing function.
Timing
The recognition that change and response are most effective when they occur at the right moment.
RELATIONAL LAYER

Boundaries
The limits that support clarity, safety, and appropriate response within oneself and in relationship
Exchange
The movement of energy, attention, or response between people in interaction.
Permission
The act of allowing or agreeing to participate, receive, or engage.
Relational Field
The shared space created between people in interaction, where state, awareness, and responses influence one another.
Repair
The process of restoring connection, clarity, or function after disruption in relationship.
Support
What allows the system to function, respond, and integrate more effectively.

Consciousness
The capacity to be aware of and experience what is present.
Orientation
The process of recognizing and relating to what is present internally or externally.
Self-Responsibility
The understanding that each person is responsible for their own experience, responses, and choices.

The process of returning toward balance and function after stress.
